There are no problems with working on Windows. Disable Adobe Gamma in the
startup folder, and run a calibration/profiling package (eyeone,
optical/spyder/dtp92, etc...) Photoshop will use this profile and you are in
business. It is no harder than this and the screen will match your Mac if you
are using embedded profiles and the normal ICC workflow as such.
