And then make the whole setting and profiles easily copied to all
clients.
And also if Apple could do the same with Colorsync settings/profiles

Well, that pretty much describes the "ColorSync Workflows" in MacOS 9. Launch the ColorSync control panel (MacOS 9), and from the File menu select "ColorSync Workflows". You can export your preferences and currently chosen profiles, encapsulated into a single file, then reimport that file on your own machine later or send the file to someone else to import onto their machine. Neat idea, but apparently not many people used it, so it's not in MacOSX.
