I presented some findings on this at the GATF color conference last December.

At that time I phoned/emailed around to all the major profile building companies and found:

CMM's - Adobe (as of PS 7), Apple (in OS X) both support v4 profiles, ICM does not (and probably will never)

Profile building Tools - none except Fuji currently supported it. Fuji was able to right then! There is a v2 or v4 selection and it'll build them. All other manufacturers said "sometime in 2003".
