Yes you can. Using Sectoring and Profilemaker 4.1.1 I got very good
results with custom profiling.
And, although the Rip is not having a linearisation (or whatever they call
it? Recepy?) for a third party ink, I used the Rip with Lyson inks in an
Epson 7500 and 5500 and got at least much better results than using the
standard printer driver from Epson. Printed a B&W image with the 5500 /
Lyson ink / and using the Rip: holding the print in 5000K GTI booth and I
did see not any colour cast in the greyscale print.
Not bad I think!
