Dear list,
I just read the review about Quark 6 by David Blatner and from what I read
there was no mention of how Quark 6 handles color management.
I find this odd considering he is the co-author of Real-World Photoshop and
that book as most of us know is weighted toward ICC workflows.
I understand how a writer is expected to say positive things about products
in a review, or if an editor did too much editing to remove negative
remarks, however color management is an important technology in an app like
Quark. It would have been nice to see a least one real world comment about
Quarks CMS from someone like David Blatner. Unfortunately, it did not
happen that way.
I am not looking for gripes or cat calls about Quark. If the NDA period is
over I ask the QX beta testers on this list or Mr B, or Quark, does Quark
6 have any cms features and do they work?
