but I know what you mean, and this issue of "scum dot" has been documented and discussed before, search the archives using the phrase "scum dot".

thanks David, Xavier Carreras already putme on the right way --Adobe ACE, that is-- but anyway I'll take a look to the archives. Laterally, I've seen that Apple CMM adds a lot more noise to my flat color ilustrations also when converting from RGB to CMYK :(
