You're getting two conversions where you want only one. You need to either:

In Photoshop's Print With Preview dialog box, set the Print Space to Same as Source and set the driver to ColorSync

or

In Photoshop's Print With Preview dialog box, set the Print Space to the appropriate printer profile, then set the driver to No Color Adjustment
