Best Color 5.0

I have a question about Best Color 5.0. I have just installed the application and am in the process of using the BestLin Tool. Everything makes sense it just when I go to print it just sits in the queue and Calculate is not an option(it is grayed out). Is there another setting in BestColor that I have missed for Calculate not to work.
