The tech support guy had me try several things (uninstall/re-install, cables
off/cables on, ee-I ee-I OH!). Seems it COULD be related to the dual port
Nvidia video card but we're not sure. He wanted me to try a different 'puter
but at that point it's drop back ten and punt AFAIK. Installed PM4.1.5,
whipped out the Eye-One and calibrated/profiled it. We're now off and
running but without the benefit of the Sony colorimeter. Wasted a lot of
valuable profiling time dealing with this display.
Gotta get a Topaz scanner profiled yet today so I can go home tomorrow and
chase the wife and kids after 6(!) weeks of being on the road. The Artisan
will have to be dealt with by the customer after I leave.
Later,
Terry
