Oh and my previous response applies to InDesign 3. For InDesign 2,
there is no EPS color management for output.
Another new feature of ID 3 is if you place PDF's with RGB content, and
want separations, they will first be converted to CMYK, then
separations are produced. Whereas with ID 2, RGB content in PDF's is
dumped to the black plate. And there are other tidbits in ID 3 that
actually make its color management safe in an environment where a press
is a possible destination.
