Try using Perceptual instead of RelCol (I'm guessing you are using RelCol
but I've seen this around in several instances so it's a likely bet).
In many profiling applications Relcol prioritizes matching the LAB value and
weights Hue over utilizing the full inklimit and as such you may get a
decreased ink limit if you use RelCol for conversion. Perceptual will often
reach the TAC value but may actually print lighter...
Bear in mind that in most cases printing a 300% C+M+K (no Y) is darker than
a 400% CMYK.
