Behind The Times

I am finally attempting to cross the chasm of software updates, re-installs and new installs to go from Mac OS 9.2 to 10.2. First, will I be able to use my ProveIt software and my Chroma 4? Second, will I be able to use my Silverfast AI6 and Silverfast HDR Photoshop Plugins? I installed the Silverfast Ai software within OSX, but it doesn't show up in Photoshop. I am using an Epson Expression 1680 run through a third-party Scsi Card on a PowerMac G4(733mhz, Quicksilver). I get great results with 9.2, prints matching my screen, and am still wondering why I am doing this, but many people tell me X is so great and I do see some interesting features that I would like to use. Thanks.
