Dear all,

How will you compare the capability of LCD against CRT when doing soft proofing? I am currently using Barco Reference Calibrator V, heard that Apple claimed their 23" Cinema HD Display is very good for soft proofing.....

Of course LCD can offer higher luminance....but what should be the recommended luminance for soft proofing? The black of this 23" LCD really can as good as Barco's? Really very good color uniformity across this wide screen? Gamut large enough?

Can Apple 23" Cinema HD Display do the soft proofing job?

Best,

TCY
