I've had one of the 17" Formac models with my G4 dual 450 tower on OS 10.2.6
for a few months.
Although our work isn't absolute 'color critical', our output to our Epson
2200 and/or 7600, or with our traditional lab is quite accurate (read
happy customers).
We use ColorVision's Optical and Spyder combination for profiling our
monitors.
