Did you run the DDC tester app that is in the application folder? This
seems to be a critical step if you want to use DDC. True, there is no
printed manual, but there is a fairly comprehensive PDF included with the
installation (so RTFM still applies!). It works very well on my OS X box
hooked up to a ElectronBlue 22b4. The DDC feature is more of a luxury than
anything else (IMO), although some have said that the computer controlled
adjustments (via the DDC protocol) can be made in finer increments.
