Any tools to extract a text-table LUT from, say, the relcol RGB->CMYK LUT of
a CMYK profile? I have an application that hard-codes an RGB->CMYK
conversion and it is not ICC-aware (nor do I plan to make it so, at least
not for awhile). But I do want to use a specific LUT in a particular profile
to do this; I just need to get the LUT out of the profile.
