0.40 DeltaE is insignificant. The CIE has defined 1 DeltaE as a Just
Noticeable Difference. 3 to 5 DeltaEab is considered quite acceptable for
commercial lithography. Sigma is a statistic variable. It's a measure of
central tendency.
