Extract and Modify embeded profiles

Looking for a way to modify embeded profiles from one image and apply them to others. IOW, probably need to 1) extract the profile, modify it with 2) Monaco Profiler, and then apply it with a batch PS action or Applescript.

I can muddle through 2 and 3, but don't know how to do 1. Any suggestions?
