Similar, though many lasers are PostScript devices, and thus profiles as CMYK
devices. Optimal settings also are a bit different from inkjets, sicne these
are dry toner printers.

The real issue with lasers is constistancy over time; they tend to vary with
humidity, and some form or linearization under the profile is important, or
you will end up having to profile every time the weather changes.
