Sounds like you got a bad machine in the first place or a rep/tech that
had been sniffing solvents toooo much.
We run a FJ-500 and love it.
To get the most out of the beast,i.e. creation & use of custom
profiles, once it is running right, a quality RIP capable of handling 8
colors is necessary.
ColorChoice is a o.k. bundled RIP but to create and use custom profiles
is impossible.
