I can think of three different yet capable software color workflow solution
off the bat. The first one I can think of for your workflow is Gretag's
iQueue. Very powerful on watched folders for your type of conversions of
Postscript in the iQ140 level. Second is Compass Pro XT. This is a
perfectly fine route to manage rgb in Quark. In that Quark has CM in V6 it
isn't clear as to how all the variables are going with Quark but Compass
pro is a reliable fast workflow tool.
Third another heavy duty workflow tool would be Helios Server from Callas.
Out of my league software yet one of the better ones , always on the edge
making press workflows possible in open environments rather than the typical
large installations proprietary nature.
All of the above can do what you want and more. Iqueue is a great performer
in batch and server color transforms that is easy to learn.
You may want to look at the docs at gretagmacbeth.com
