Could be a strange question, but How can I get de Density value

I think you need ISO 5-3 (link:
http://www.i3a.org/wg21.html). It will
have formulas to convert spectral power distribution to Status T/E/M/A
or whatever. Beware, the formulas are not for the faint of heart or
weak of stomach, at least when I looked at the formulas with my 6th
grade math eyes! :-) A couple of years ago, I set out to use these
formulas with a Spectrolino and Eye-One but grew weary of the math
involved.
If all you want to do is get density from your spectrophotometer, Jon
Meyer's right about basICColor Catch. There's also Key Wizard for
Gretag instruments and Tool Crib/X-Key for X-Rite instruments.
Hope this helps,
Terry
