It's not that bad ! They are only spectral weighting curves, just like
the XYZ standard observer curves. The only thing to watch out for, is
that the standard lists the weights as log values, rather than the sorts
of linear weightings the standard observer is documented as.
It's all just the usual "multiply each spectral band value by its weighting,
sum the result, divide by the scaling factor" stuff.
