Sorry - misunderstood you. It just means that the number of pixels in those
bins is greater than the maximum the Y-axis is set to; i.e., it's off-scale.
It's really a scaling problem and not (likely) a reflection of a problem
with your data. If you kept the tip of the "mountain" or spike onscale, any
detail in the valley would be lost. Ideally, you could change the scaling on
your histogram.
