All of the authors frequent this list. My preference is for the first book,
but both are excellent. While your specific questions will get answered here,
you really need the foundation that either (or both) of these books can
provide.  They'll answer questions you haven't even thought of asking (yet),
and the information you obtain will serve you well for years to come.
