I used to use iQueue to convert to the different paper profiles I have
created (PD2, CD2, luster, glossy, matte surfaces) but as Jon noted, the
preview in Labman is then substantially off - no good for correcting within
the app. I have since switched to using iQueue to convert everything coming
into the system to sRGB, which is Fuji's preferred space for monitor
matching. The down side is that the Simon app is not savvy enough to
recognize different paper types at the moment, so I am forced to use a
single output profile for the different paper types and surfaces. Not an
ideal solution, but the best I have been able to come up with for now. I
have fiddled a bit with setting up different logical printers within Simon
to accommodate the various paper types, but have not had any success with it
as of yet.
One other note: when generating your paper profile, remember to switch off
AGT calibration and enable ICC calibration within Simon. Using sRGb as both
source and destionation has worked well for the profiles I have created.
