Yes, it is still an OS9 package. I've never personally tested it on an
offset press but I've tested it many times on inkjet proofers (CMYK device)
and Frontier type of printers (RGB device). I think I can safely say that
ColorFlow is getting old and is sorely in need of new life. But it offers a
complete CMS toolset, even creating device link. Its editor can edit both
the input and the output of a profile (bidirectional, that is) but it's
rendering algorithms never performed better, for me at least, than the most
popular CMS packages (Fuji, HDM, GMB, Monaco) in both CMYK and RGB
situation. Its instrument support is limited and its measurements file
format is non-standard, at best. For the money, I'm not sure it's your best
bet today.
The Photoshop Plug-in is a different story. But I'll let others comment on
it.
