Roger,
I read recently that the Color Flow suite was no longer going to be
supported as of Jan 1 2004. So while it still might technically work it
appears to be a dead product. And if they do resurrect it they might want to
get a clearer set of product names.
As for the other Color Flow product (aka the Photoshop Plug-in) that too is
very old in software/ OS timeline. However I was told at the GATF CM
conference that Kodak (KPG?) is working on a Photoshop Plug-in like that
that has more advanced features. Actually Don Hutcheson did a demo using
it.
I personally like the idea of a Photoshop based profile editor because most
end-users have experience with the color tools so they don9t have to relearn
a new tool set. It increases their chances for success with profile editing.
So if you like that idea of working with Photoshop tools then ColorVision's
DR Pro is a potential solution.
