Yes, they are UltraChromes; and the 7600 and 9600 have similar results. The 10600 is a special case, since it does not have the light black ink, and so is using larger amounts of CM&Y in its blends. This makes the results more volatile; specifically they have higher total ink, are not quite as fast to dry, show more color shift under different display lighting types (unless you define a RIP black generation which replaces the color with dark black, and live with the black dots in the lighter tones), and may well display more change during drying.
