The idea is that you are both simulating an image setter converting (say)
RGB to the target Press space, then imitating the target press space
on the inkjet. The flaw in all this, is that there is little chance
that the RGB->Press conversion is going to be done in the same way
as the real imagsetter, so as a "proof" this whole approach is
only a very rough guide, or simply a trap for the lay person
who doesn't understand what proofing is really all about,
but thinks it must be a really nifty feature, because it
has the word "proof" in it.
