This tells me the files are in sRGB (or close) and look fine when viewed as
such. As for the lab, they are boneheads <g>. You need an output profile for
their print process or they need one. It appears that sending sRGB numbers
to the printer produces poor prints (what a shock since so many labs are
under the impression that their devices are indeed producing sRGB). You need
to have a word with the lab or find someone that has a better understanding
about printing digital files.
