Is there a way to call sips to conduct a matching session but just on one
set of number? I'd like to pass it as argument the name of a source profile,
a device dependent value, an output profile, a rendering intent and a CMM.

That wasn't possible in the older implementation of the ColorSync scripts. I
wonder whether that's possible nowadays?
