I'm not an authority on the Fuji scanners but I have enough experience with IT8s to say that you can improve on them considerably by either getting them custom measured OR by using Hutchcolor HCT targets instead. The HCT targets are not only custom measured, they are a better target (sample range & number of patches) and are exposed better (better max gamut and density)
