HELIOS PDF HandShake should fulfill all of your requirements. Specifically:
HELIOS PDF HandShake performs server-based ICC color management of all
elements when printing PDF documents. It recognizes and uses per-object ICC
profiles. Document ICC profiles are used for all other objects. Default
RGB and CMYK ICC profiles can be assigned in case a document is not already
tagged with profiles. The HELIOS "smart CMM" will recognize and properly
preserve black, gray, and white objects. Rendering intents are normally
handled automatically, but can also be specifically set for each print
queue. Composite and pre-separated PDF's are supported (although
pre-separated PDF's will not be color managed).
Final printer and proof printer ICC profiles can be specified for a print
queue, to allow simulating the final printer (including paper white) on a
proof printer.
Automated printing via hot folders or scripted workflows is supported.
Supported platforms: all major UNIX platforms, Linux and OS X.
Currently, output is PostScript.
If you also use HELIOS ImageServer, the Tagger program can automatically tag
RGB and CMYK ICC profiles (either embedded or by reference) to PDF
documents. Different folders can have different settings for the tagging of
ICC profiles to files. If you do much imposition work, use of ImageServer
with PDF HandShake can increase speed by orders of magnitude. ImageServer
also acts as a high quality image conversion engine, with full ColorSync
support.
All of this can be tested by downloading a 30 day Test Drive (full features,
3 users) from the HELIOS web site.
