CorelDraw is using the Kodak CMS. CorelDraw was very innovative in the way
it put color management to the user. They show you this cunning system
workflow interface where all devices are explicitely linked to ICC profile
and what not. But, to be frank, I never found the time or incentive to push
it further. I don't know where they are in the current v12 incarnation of
the program but if they're still KCMS-based it might look like FreeHand.
I don't see why it would not work.
