FYI, there are. RasterPlus is a dog. It doesn't support color management on
the Mac for one. ImagePrint/Print Suite does in a big way and for ganging up
images, producing packages, and of course making gorgeous B&W images on the
Epson's, it's a pretty capable package. You can get a non Postscript version
for less money. The same product can send the same data to any of the
printers it supports. There's no B&W advantage to the Pictrography but with
a good profile, it makes a pretty nice neutral print. The other issue is
that Fuji stopped supporting the export module for the older units like the
3000 for OSX. ImagePrint will work with those older printers.
