Instead of investing in another rip, why not attach your printer to a pc and
see if you can trade in your RasterPlus dongle for a pc version? Then you
just print from the mac to the pc which will rip the file and drive the
printer. All together, this will cost a lot less than investing in a new
rip, run faster and free up your mac for more important tasks. The pc
version also supports color management.
