I'm running version 1.2.5 drivers for the Artisan on Mac OS 10.2.8. I've always had the following problem, and wonder if it works the same way for others:
I primarily operate at one of two different resolutions, and each resolution has two current profiles associated with it. For each resolution, I have chosen the second profile in the list as the active profile for that resolution.
But if I switch from one resolution to the other, the active profile reverts to the first item in the list, so that I always have to be sure open the Artisan application and explicitly reselect my preferred active profile. (If I restart, the previously selected profile will remain selected even if it is not the first item in the list, so things seem to work as I would expect there.) I've confirmed this behavior with preferences set both as shared or individual.
This behavior seems counterintuitive and increases the likelihood that users will not have the same profile installed that they thought that they did. Do others experience this same behavior? I wrote support about it a while ago, but never received a response.
