The profile is made with expected photographic colorants or dyes with
response off reflective chart that of RA4 or similar photo darkroom paper.
Any media other than this expectation shows up as anomalies. I have seen
similar green casts with instant film stocks such as Fuji FP100C, Polaroid
809.
You could create a custom target in Profile Maker and scan/profile this as a
base which would probably need to be edited.
Even offset press pages scan quite differently than photographic papers
hence a sure detour from expected results occur while using an IT8 of a
different substrate.
