Scanning Polaroid 600

I am scanning for the first time Polaroid 600 instant film on a Howtek 4500
scanner with Silverfast 6 software. The scans look rather greenish although
the scanner has been profiled recently with a target on Kodak Professional
Digital paper and the profiles seemed ok (tested with the procedures given
in RWCM). Could this be metamerism ?
