In addition to checking the nozzles for proper use, ensure this is the Epson printer driver you are using and not the Gimp-Print driver. Panther thoroughly enjoys adding the Gimp-Print driver automatically without prompting or confirmation by the user. It's behavior is different, therefore when using profiles based on the Epson supplied driver you will get whacky prints.
