This is interesting; Bruce Fraser did a similar "which do you like best"
comparison with a number of people, using Monaco EZ Color and PrintFIX, as
well as
Monaco Profiler, Gretag ProfileMakerPro, and a canned choice or two on the
2200, and the preferances for both Epson and third party papers were
consistantly for the PrintFIX result. His conclusion what that PrintFIX
produced more
satisfying color, even when it was not as literal, while your conclusion is
rather the opposite... are you using the Saturation intent when printing
through
your PrintFIX profiles?
