Pitstop Pro doesn't seem to have the ability (or maybe an API doesn't exist publically for ACE, not sure which) to call ACE. It calls the OS level CMM. Conversions performed by Pitstop Pro & Server will be performed by the Apple CMM on Macintosh, even though it is an Acrobat plug-in.
