We don't need a rebate to figure out that QuarkXPress 6 is broken. That information we can get for ourselves and share for ourselves freely and openly.

And what genius declared PDF/X-1a the PREFERRED (sic) method to submit anything but broken PDF? Save the capital letters for April 1.
