Ritch,

Some of what you're observing (warmth in proofs) I'd guess to be the result of Trap. I'd guess your overprint values on your proofs are approaching 100%. On press they'll be more like 60%-80%. This means you'll probably experience "bluer" blues and "redder" reds. Also you probably have more yellow and magenta "cancelling" out your cyan colorant thus a "warmer" proof. DTR004 doesn't list any overprint values for the characterization run, but they could be extrapolated from the spectral data.
