I have both a CG21 and a 20" ACD on my desk. I prefer the EIzo, and it calibrates more accurately than the Apple display. I also like the fact that you can raise and lower the Eizo, and that it can be placed at a better viewing angle. Additionally, the edge-to-edge uniformity is better on the ColorEdge.

Perhaps the new LaCie LCD is also worth investigating?
