This is true. Yet HP have said in written documentation on excellent short term stability. I have always refuted these claims for the same reasons as Roger. It’s easy to measure the dye only characteristics and state the correct measured properties of the inks , but ink on paper is what is important to us, hence the need to qualify the notions of short term stability.
