Even if the new edition of PhaserMatch gives you good results, you still need to calibrate the notrious Phaser 77xx T.I.D at least, period.

Have a look at the Xante.

Subject: Color lasers / Phaser 7700

Is anyone familiar with the Xerox Phaser 7700 and PhaserMatch software.  I am currently running PhaserMatch ICC 7700 v1.2.  I know that there is later versions of the software which run about 800 bucks.  My question:  My version of PhaserMatch is cumbersome to use and results are not consistent to say the least.  Is it worth the pricey 800 dollars to upgrade and are the results off the Phaser 7700 all that much more consistent.  Any suggestions or direction toward a different laser printer with adjustable color calibrating would help.

Thanks in advance,

Mark Crawford
