I'm interested in finding out what people on this list recommend and why?

Personally, I'm real hot on the X-Rite DTP94 device and either Monaco OPTIX or ColorEyes Display software. If you can find them, the Eye-One Monitor (not Display) device is still one of the best. I still think the One of your biggest concerns for the number of workstations you're talking about (20) should be software licensing. I know that both Monaco and ColorEyes offer multi-seat discounts. I'm sure others do as well, I'm just not familiar with the particulars.

If you're looking for a "package" that would include scanner profiling, Eye-One Photo would be tough to beat.
