Hey Mike,
You can import all standard formats including ECI random, ECI visual,
IT8.7/3, and IT8.7/4. For proprietary targets, the process would require you
to make a custom target definition for MeasureTool (as far as I know this
CAN be done, although I don't know how difficult it would be).
Chances are that the linearization piece of supporting Monaco targets would
be relatively easy compared to the Monaco ICC patches (I think the new
measure tool can even build a lin target that would already work with
MonacoPROFILER). To use the line method properly, you would need both the
lin and ICC target definitions.
